Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

The house comes with a percentage of the land it is built on. According to the Bulgarian Law the client will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. He will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land.
