There are several new activities projects planned for the area surrounding Momchilovtsi which include the connection of the three main ski resorts in the area – Chepelare, Pamporovo and Perelik Ski Resort project. The road access to Momchilovtsi is already very good but will further benefit from an international road, due for completion this year, which passes the village by 3 km giving greater access from Xante (in Greece) to the city of Plovdiv.
