This traditional Bulgarian house is situated in one of the well-developed settlements in the Montana area, nearly 16 km north from the regional center itself. There are about 700 people living permanently in the village. One could find there a few local shops (for food, drinks, and things from basic necessity), a café, a church. Regular public transport to Montana passes through the village several times a day.
The house is with a disposition south-east. It consists of 2 floors with a built-up area of 60 sq.m. each. There is a cellar of 30 sq.m. on the ground floor as well as a room with the same size. The floorings are cement, the windows with wooden frames. An external staircase leads to the other floor which consists of a small entrance, 2 bedrooms, a living – room and a small kitchen. Currently there is no internal bathroom available, however, the premises on the ground floor are suitable for the installation of such.
