This single – storey house is located in a village, only 8 km away from the town of Sliven and 100 km far from the sea – resort – Bourgas where is one of the Bulgarian International Airports. Built in 1940 the house is in good condition but it needs some work to be done like plastering of the walls, changing of the woodwork and some modernizing. There is no bathroom and the toilet is external, so you can convert one of the rooms into a bathroom/toilet.
The property is supplied with electricity and running water, only telephone line is not available, but is easy to install upon a request.
There is a parking space for two cars accessible through an asphalt road. An outbuilding and private well are available, also. And what makes this property more appealing is its location, it is overlooking the mountain and the Tundzha river running near the house.
