Small mountain villa near ethnographic complex Bojentsi

SUPRIMMO offers a small mountain house with garden located in the heart of the mountain among magnificent forests next to the river and the ethnographic complex Bozhentsite. Town Gabrovo is located about 15 km from it. The property was built in 1980. The villa has a total area of about 50 sq. m. It consists of a room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and two attic rooms on the second floor, which can be reached by internal stairs. Behind the house there is a pavilion for wood and tools keeping. There are good insulated walls in the house with pine river stone panels. Paths and porches are also made of river stones. The property is situated in a perfectly maintained yard with size of 750 sq. m. There is a flower garden, road, and electricity in the yard. There is electricity, water and septic tank in the house.
The village is located not far from the ski lifts and spa-centers. The property can be used as a vacation or hunting lodge.
Village Bojentsi has always been a part of the big world. It is situated near the old Roman road Nicopolis Istrum - Augusta Traiana - Constantinople. There were 110 houses and about 500 inhabitants in the village in the 19th century. Now there are about 100 houses and in 1964 the village was declared an architectural and historical reserve. There are about forty people who live in there and take care of the museums and houses in the village.
