On the first level are the bedrooms- a large parents’ room, second bedroom for guests and a children's room with a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.

The second level consists of: living room with kitchenette, very spacious and bright with a large, fascinating sea view. There is also a bathroom with toilet.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and creates a feeling of comfort. All rooms in this apartment have access to the balconies. The parents’ room is glazed and could be used as a place for fitness classes, the other rooms offer 360 º views to Varna.

There is a Black marble water feature in the middle of the living room. The water cascades down from the top of the marble into a pool at the bottom – the noise of the water when you are having a dinner party there is quite magical and promotes a feeling of relaxation and calmness. In the living room the floor is solid wood. In the main living room there are 4 forms of heating – there are radiators, A/C’s, Fireplace and under floor heating in the kitchen area. Another unique feature is the 6 metre high living room ceiling

The shower unit in the main bathroom has a foot massage, is a steam bath and Jacuzzi and has audio features (radio) - other music systems can be fitted if required.

There is a fixed hidden safe in the maisonette and the front door is armored.

Reservation of the property

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the Preliminary Contract.

SUPRIMMO charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary Contract. Additional costs for notary fees and stamp duty are approximately 6% on top of the purchase price.
