Plot of land in the neighborhood of town Tryavna

The property is a plot with a size of 730 m2 and it is in the regulation in the plan of Tryavna town. Formerly there was a building that is destroyed at the moment. It is located in the town, near the road to the village Voneshta water, in a quiet place, near a pine forest, on the asphalt road. The property has electricity, water and sanitation.
Tryavna is known for its houses of Renaissance architecture and the Tryavna School of Painting. The famous clock tower of the town is often visited by tourists and there are many carvings workshops and stores, and the roofs are made of stone. In the same style is build the church of the town (it is situated opposite the clock tower). The city center was completely renovated and landscaped; facades of the buildings were painted, there are flowers hanging from the balconies, and next to the administrative buildings there is a square with lawns and fountains.
