We are selling this artistic house, which is located in Stojer- a village in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Dobrich municipality, Dobrich region. It is situated on Varna-Dobrich road, some 13 km away from the town of Dobrich and 35 km away from the city of Varna and the seashore.

With a population numbering to over 1500 people, an excellent infrastructure and all modern conveniences, Stojer is a wonderful place to live far from the noise in the big city.

In the living room impresses the panel installation called "Flora and Fauna" in the creation of which old beams where used. On the second floor, there is a lovely greenhouse. The covered terrace next to it has been converted into a small chapel.
