Both properties are situated in a small rural village about 5 km. from Popovo where you will find all the amenities needed. The village itself is a small but spread out with two small village shops, restaurant, a cafe and couple of pubs in the centre which is about 5 minutes walk from the house.
The first property is a pretty, traditional farmhouse style house with four premises on each floor and adjoining very large barn and out buildings and 2300 sq. m. of land. The total living area of the house is approx 120 sq. m. The garden has a vast amount of fruit trees around its border including walnut, cherry, apricot, hazlenut, plum etc.
