Well-sized house and garden near Vidin

This house is situated at the end of a small village approximately 17 km from the town of Vidin and respectfully 220 km from the capital Sofia and the nearest airport. The brick-built property has solid construction and is built on two floors connected by an outer staircase and has total living area of 136 sq.m.

On the ground floor of the house are to be found an entrance hall, one room that could be used as a storage room, and one large premise with enough space for a kitchen and dining zone, as well as a lounge area. The second floor comprises of three bedrooms, connected by a corridor.
