Holiday Village Kiten is situated in the southwestern part of the Republic of Bulgaria, at the Black Sea coast, at a 55 km distance on the southeast from the district center City of Burgas, at a 5 km distance on the south from the municipal center Primorsko and at a 12 km distance on the northwest from the center of neighboring Tsarevo Municipality.

Modern construction materials and equipment will be used for the construction of the hotel.
