
Bulgaria is the newest and most attractive golf destination in Europe. Presently the country has three functioning golf courses. Along the north Black Sea Coast, outstanding with its still virgin nature, has started the construction of another three golf courses, designed by Gary Player and Ian Woosnam, accompanied by a number of holiday complexes in their vicinity.
A golf course near the town of Balchik - "Black Sea Rama"; designer - Gary Player The golf course will consist of 18 holes. The total value of the design, which includes besides the golf course also the construction of a luxury villa settlement, adds up to 103 million Euro.
A golf course - between the villages of Topola and Bojourets - "Thracian Cliffs"; designer - Gary Player. Planned date of completion: end of 2007. It is located on an area of 1.4 thousnad decares and up to present it is the biggest one in the North part of Black Sea coast. It will be of the 18-hole type. A reconstruction of the whole infrastructure of the region is being planned, as well as a construction of 17 km roads and a 5-star hotel with 150 rooms.
A golf course near the town of Balchik - "Lighthouse"; designer - Ian Woosnam. It is planned to have 18 holes. A holiday complex with a complete infrastructure will be built near the course. One of the attractions of the complex will be a lighthouse.
One of the most attractive and highest quality complexes will be located next to the village of Topola /6 km far from the town of Kavarna, Bulgaria/, close to two golf courses and the sea. The village of Topola is situated to the north, 54 km away from the city of Varna, and 50 minutes away from Varna international airport by car. It is also located 10 km away to the north from the resort town Balchik. There are several beaches situated in a picturesque area. The population of the village is about 190 people. In close proximity to the village there is a big golf course. The very village is located on the slope of the hills rising above the sea and an incredible sea view opens out from the village. An asphalt-paved road leads to several camping sites and hotel complexes situated in close proximity to the beach.
The complex with the name “TOPOLA SKIES” will consist of several three- or four-storey buildings with a total of 150 apartments one, two and three bedroom apartments. The area of the lot, where the complex will be located is 22 504 sq. m and is situated on the territory of the village of Topola, Kavarna municipality. The lot lies on the high part of the plateau, in close proximity to the two golf courses of the towns of Kavarna and Balchik and to the village of Topola. It is located on the first line with an wonderful view to the sea.
The complex “TOPOLA SKIES” will have Property and Rental Management security, maintenance, rental of the properties, additional services, etc. Each of the apartments will have a seaview, cable television, Internet connection, telephone line. The apartment will be luxury finished with kitchen equipment, bathrooms, flooring, doors, and insulation. The building contractor and investor offers furnishing of the apartments as well.
There will also be a VIP section in the complex the building, erected on a slope, overlooking the sea and commanding a magnificent view of the Black Sea coast and the nearby golf course. The developer offers a guaranteed profitability to the clients of the complex which varies from 4 to 6 %.
