Sales of houses of the Bulgarian national revival type become more common

In the village Geravna, which is an architectural reserve, the prices of houses- type of the Bulgarian national revival, have reached 100 000 Levs.
In the last few months 10 out of 330 houses were sold. The property fairs start from 20-25 000 Euro.
For the time being only wealthier Bulgarians show interest in the houses. There is a search of such houses also in the villages-Koprivshtiza, Melnik, Kotel, Trojan, Oreshak, where prices start from 30-35 000 Euro.
Houses which are not monuments of culture are bit cheaper and cost no more than 28-30 000 Euro. Their building plot is usually about 70 square meters.
Costs depend on the location of the house and on the presence of sewerage. The highest price reported for a house of the Bulgarian national revival is 200 000 Levs in the village Arbanasi.
