We offer you a complex is situated within 50 km from airport Varna, in a calm and quiet place between the towns of Obzor and Byala and just 150m from the Black sea coast.

Each apartment in the complex has an incredible view to the sea. The mountain hills and the broad glades behind the complex create the feeling of space and pacification.

The complex is located very close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Black sea coast, up to 60 meters wide.

At about 700 m from complex are situated the 4-star hotels, which offer everything necessary for a complete relaxation (shops, restaurants, fitness-centers, Spa), as well as free access to the fully equipped wide beaches.

Complex “Forest Beach” includes 6 identical 5-storey buildings. Each of them has 11–13 apartments, 10 of which with a direct view to the sea and only 1 or 3 with side view, as well as view to the fields and the mountain hills.

All 13 apartments have balconies with enchanting view to the Black sea.

The construction works are at a finishing stage and the complex are put into operation in June 2011.

This complex includes six low-storey blocks, each of them with 11 to 13 spacious apartments with enchanting view to the sea, even from the first floor.

The territory of the complex has area of 7 200 sq.m and includes:

- sports playground

Around the swimming pool there are enough lounges and umbrellas for a complete relaxation.

Not far from the complex, close to the town of Obzor, starts a mountain ridge with formed terraces for observation.

You’re going out of your apartment, having a 100 meters walk in the shadow of the pine forest, climbing down a convenient slanting ladder and you’re there on your beach.

On the beach, as well as on the area around the swimming pool, there are lounges, umbrellas and other equipment for your rest and relaxation.

A professional management company will undertake servicing your apartment. It will have the following duties:
- 24-hour all the year round security of the complex
- regular cleaning and maintenance of your block
- maintenance and cleaning of the common areas, facilities and equipment in the complex
- maintenance of the swimming pools and the area of the complex
- maintenance of your apartment during the winter period.

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Eur, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
